With this hike, the adventurer goes up over the ridge and down to the Jakey Lake creek.

You then cut over on a rarely used trail to a meadow (route finding may be a little difficult at the meadow) and onward to Grassy Creek and its verdant meadows.  And back over the ridge, to complete the loop next to the trailhead.

A brisk little hike, with some mild challenges.

Flowers best in July, but often many mosquitos at that time, so not recommended.
